Family of four at Seaport Village

Seaport Village is yet another great spot for family photography. It offers limitless background ops: red bricks, wooden structures, bright and vivid flowers, luxurious yachts, the boardwalk feel and, of course, the vintage carousel! 

However, it also brings quite a few challenges: it's a very popular place not only among tourists, but also among the locals. Hence the foot traffic. If your kids are shy and prefer quiet environment, I'm afraid this place in particular would be the worst for a family photo session in San Diego. Instead, I'd pick Rancho Penasquitos, Ramona Grasslands or Mission trails for families with more reserved kids.
